Please use the following search function to view the status of your application. Please allow 30-60 days after
you have mailed your application for it to be posted. If you do not see your application status, and it has been
at least 60 days since you mailed it, we did not receive it.
Please use the initials of your first and last name, and the last four digits of your social security number to identify your application (applicant ID).
NOTE: Applicants who submitted their application without providing their Social Security Number will not be able to locate their application status in our database. You will need to provide us with your first and last name and the last 4 digits of your Social Security number so we may enter you in our database. Please email your first and last name, your city and state, and the last 4 digits of your SSN to michelle.mcmullen@raisethenation.org.
